Limited Permission. Ownership Stays With The Creator.

The starting proposal is a small CMCM collection of approved works licensed without a royalty fee while Dr. Hayles serves as CEO. CMCM keeps proceeds after direct selling costs. Ownership is retained by Dr. Hayles and his companies.

BIG MIC Media and DrHayles.com retain their independent businesses. The founder’s connection to these brands is disclosed. Catalog selection does not transfer ownership.

When Dr. Hayles leaves the CEO role, new use, copying, distribution, and sales require approval through his companies. A board or honorary role does not automatically extend permission.

Record the specific items, permitted sales and distribution, direct costs, permission period, and license terms before opening orders. Define the treatment of existing customer licenses and unsold stock. Do not claim that previously sold customer copies disappear when CMCM’s permission ends.

Your Standing Approval Rule

Prepare and test work privately. Show proposed public changes, product listings, campaign claims, and outgoing communications to Dr. Hayles before release.

Background schedules are not active yet. They will need approved sources, connected tools, tested access, and an agreed schedule.

Research And Verification Notes

Design choices are initial proposals. CMCM visitor preferences and conversion results are not yet measured. Analytics must be connected before claiming those results.

Do not repeat old client totals, fundraising totals, class dates, or promises of free individual counseling without fresh evidence.
