Define The Needs
Plan for 30–60 acres. Identify essential facilities, access needs, and room for future growth.

Helping Our Neighbors Overcome And Rebuild
We plan to build a place where people can live, learn, and get help as they start again. First, we need to find land in East Montgomery County. See our plans and how you can help.
The CMCM Service Center currently operates at Lone Star Community Center, 2500 Lone Star Parkway, Suite 201, Montgomery, Texas 77356.
H.O.N.O.R. Village is a future physical campus. We are seeking suitable acreage for CMCM’s own long-term home. Land acquisition, funding, facility design, and program approvals will guide each phase.
Contact The Service CenterVeterans, people experiencing homelessness, people returning from incarceration, families in crisis, and people ready for a new beginning.
This is a development proposal. No acquired parcel, construction date, or open housing applications are claimed.
Begin Online. Grow Into Hands-On Learning.
Our Culinary Academy introduces everyday home cooking through an online starter, currently in private review. The proposed H.O.N.O.R. Village culinary program would build on that foundation with equipped cooking stations, hands-on instruction, and a community restaurant.
Campus programs depend on land acquisition, funding, facilities, and approvals. We are not claiming a completed training history or professional credentials from the online starter.

The Land Acquisition Process
Plan for 30–60 acres. Identify essential facilities, access needs, and room for future growth.
Focus on East Montgomery County’s rural and expansion areas. Evaluate road access, utilities, floodplain, and compatibility with neighboring uses.
Identify suitable tracts, confirm ownership, and compare each property with the campus requirements.
Seek conversations with EMCID, Montgomery County officials, landowners, developers, and foundations. These are outreach goals; partnerships are not claimed as secured.
Consider purchase, donated land, a discounted sale, a long-term or ground lease, and any applicable land incentive programs.
Negotiate terms, complete due diligence, and finalize an approved agreement before committing to construction.
A Phased, Adaptable Campus
Hands-on culinary training, a welcoming community restaurant, and a proposed source of revenue to help sustain the campus.
Practical skills, certifications, job placement connections, and employer partnerships.
Planned supportive housing for up to one year, with individualized plans for independence.
Mental health and substance-use support, life skills, and financial literacy, delivered through appropriately qualified providers.
Support for working parents, family services, and educational opportunities.
Gardens, recreation, and space for future facilities as needs and resources grow.
Our approach combines practical learning with coordinated support, safety, accountability, and community service. The proposed culinary academy and restaurant provide an initial engine for activity and sustainable revenue.
We will adapt to real needs, operate responsibly and transparently, meet people where they are, and be a good neighbor. Facilities and services will open as capacity and approvals allow.
Land introductions, donated or discounted acreage, professional expertise, equipment, and community partnerships can help shape the next phase.
A capital campaign goal, budget, milestones, and designated payment page will be presented for approval before release.

Tell Us About Your TeamA Strong First Step
We are working toward a place to live, learn, and rebuild. Our first phase needs land and a multipurpose building that can serve people and help support the work.
Space for the first building and room to grow. Suitable access, utilities, and site conditions matter.
Offices, learning space, and a meeting room for community groups and companies.
An equipped kitchen for food preparation, hands-on training, and on-site catering.
A proposed place to enjoy a meal and support the mission. Companies could meet here and have lunch catered on site.
These are proposed first-phase needs. Funding, site review, design, permits, and operating approvals will guide what can be built. Restaurant and catering income are goals, not guaranteed revenue.
You can offer possible land, materials, equipment, or skills without taking on an obligation. We record the offer, its conditions, and your sharing choice.
With your permission, we may show the record privately to potential funders as an expression of interest. Offers are self-reported and unverified until we follow up. We will not call them signed commitments, secured funding, or confirmed company partnerships.
