Texas Joe Bailey partner with Coat of Many Colors Ministries (CMCM) as a spokesperson for the CMCM H.O.N.O.R. Program. Joe has visited incarcerated veterans and has performed at multiple Coat of Many Colors Events. Joe Bailey is not only a partner with CMCM but also a Friend.
